Special Protease Yeast Promoter JMCJ-001 ethanol yield booster
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Yeast Promoter JMCJ - 001 is produced by submerged fermentation of Aspergillus niger followed by purification and formulation. The enzyme catalyzes the hydrolysis of protein under acid condition. In alcohol fermentation industry the product will liberate more amino nitrogen and improve ethanol yield by boosting yeast’s growth, bringing economic benefits.
MECHANISM
The acid protease is capable of breaking down peptide bonds in proteins in raw materials, liberating short peptides and even amino acids that are necessary for yeast’s growth. In this way fermentation time is reduced, and ethanol yield is increased, while making the best use of raw materials, having less waste discharge and saving cost for supplementation of yeast nutrients.

APPLICATION RECOMMENDATION
The recommended dosage is 180-200 ml of the enzyme preparation per ton of total molasses materials or 100-180 ml of the enzyme preparation per ton of total corn materials. The dosage has to be optimized based on each application, the raw material specifications, product expectation and processing parameters. It is better to begin the test with the convenient volume.

Enzyme preparations are proteins that may induce sensitization and cause allergic type of symptoms in susceptible individuals. Prolonged contact may cause minor irritation for skin, eyes or nasal mucosa. Any direct contact with human body should be avoided. Ø Storage: Keep sealed in a dry and cool place and avoid direct sunlight. Slight sedimentation is acceptable since it will not impact performance of the product.
